Pace of Play

  • Each week the target pace of play will be set at no more than 15 minutes per hole.
  • All groups should monitor their spacing to ensure that they are no more than 1 shot behind the group ahead of them, and that the group behind them is not constantly waiting.
  • Groups that cannot maintain the target pace of play will be notified by a course representative that they are "On the Clock" and will be given a reasonable amount of time to regain the target pace of play. If a group that is "On the Clock" cannot improve their position, a course representative may issue them a "Warning".
  • Groups that are issued a "Warning" will be given a shorter amount of time to regain the target pace of play. If a group that has been issued a "Warning" cannot improve their position, a course representative may issue them a "Pace Penalty".
  • Once a group has been issued a "Pace Penalty", all players in the group will begin receiving a 1 stroke penalty for each hole played until they have regained the target pace of play and are "Off the Clock".
  • Any complaining or disrespectful actions directed at course representatives will result in disqualification from that Tour event.

No Shows

  • Pairings and tee sheets are displayed on the website and are emailed on Saturdays before the event.
  • Members that have registered for a Thirsty Boyz Tour event will have until 9:00 a.m. on the day of play to cancel with no penalty.
  • Cancelations before the close of registration can be done through the website. Cancelations after the close of registration can be done by sending the Tour manager an email. Cancelations on the day of the event can be done by calling the golf course hosting the event.
  • If a member is registered for an event and fails to either cancel or play, they will be charged a $10.00 penalty.
  • If a member incurs this penalty two weeks in a row, they will not be allowed to register for any other events until they have spoken with the Tour manager.
  • Penalties may be paid to the Tour manager, and any outstanding penalties owed at the last Tour event will be subtracted from any winnings earned by the member.
  • There are no exceptions from this penalty, as the course being played incurs a larger penalty when a registered member does not show up to play.
